Here is our AOE build orders!

Build orders are important in Age of Empires 2, ask anyone, both the pro’s and the high level/intermediate players would agree that the first 20 villagers of a game are the most important to macro and be efficient with, it will impact the outcome of the rest of the game. Therefore we have compiled a list of build orders for players of different skill levels to use!

23-pop Straight Archers.

This is a build order aimed to ensure that players have continuous production of Archers and Villagers. Archers are a very strong unit but they are slow to mass so it can be vulnerable to faster build orders (e.g. Drush or Scouts).

21-pop Scouts into Archers.

This is a build order aimed to ensure that players have a stable economy to keep up constant production of Scouts and Villagers. This build also provide the basis for a good economy to transition into a variety of different options.

21-pop Scouts into Knights.

This is a build order aimed to ensure that players have a stable economy to keep up constant production of Scouts and Villagers and then transitioning into Knights in the Castle Age.

22-pop M@A into Archers.

The straight Archers build order can be a little slow to have a military presence. One option to resolve this is to open with Men-at-Arms, followed by Archers. This is a fairly tight build order on your economy so may not be suited to newer players.

Drush FC Crossbowmen

With a safe map, a Drush Fast Castle into Crossbowmen can provide you with a massive power spike in the early Castle Age.

More coming soon.

More build orders are in the process of being made, constant feedback from higher level players are used to make sure they are as effective as possible while still kept within the reach of every player.
